Our guild, Possum Town Quilters Guild, of Columbus, Ms decided to enter the AQS Ultimate Guild Challenge for 2013. The committee this year selected as our theme, Tennessee Williams, the Playwriter, since he was from Mississippi. We each drew cards which had a play, book or short story on it and we were to make a quilt a specified size depicting what was on the card. The one I drew was"Small Craft Warning". Short play taking place in a seaside Bar in a small shoreline town. As seen below, My entry.
