Relay for Life quilt

"Hunting for the Cure" 2012i

Backside of "Hunting for the Cure" 2012
I am new to blogging, so please be patient with me as I try to build this at a slow pace.

The Relay for Life is a wonderful charity organization which I support as much as I possibly can.  Each year I make and donate a queen size quilt for them to sell opportunity tickets on to raise funds.  This year has been no exception but for one thing,  I ask the "Wanna' Bee Quilters Group" here in Vernon, AL to help, and they are such a giving bunch of ladies of course they helped make some blocks and stitch the binding.  When you are approached by the RFL Team Captains and their workers selling the tickets, PLEASE BUY FROM THEM, it is Such a worthy cause and of course you may win a beautiful quilt.  The quilt was made from a 1930's pattern called hunters star, so; we named the quilt "Hunting for the Cure"
